The Gold Story

I started to read at a very early age. By the time I was 3 and a half years old, I had already taught myself how to read. I read everything that I can get my hands on. And on every story that I read that involved gold, the moral of the story had always been associated with greed, So I knew then that gold is the measure of a man's wealth -- which in turn, always made me dream of finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Nowadays, gold is stronger than ever in the investment market, and before long, I believe that more and more people will be investing more in gold than they do stock markets. For any of you out there wanting to buy gold, you can do so at the United States Gold Bureau.

As for me, I will try my hardest to find a rainbow and beat up some leprechauns! Haha! Time to realize those childhood dreams! ;)

Gold! Poem by Thomas Hood!

Gold! Gold! Gold! Gold!
Bright and yellow, hard and cold
Molten, graven, hammered and rolled,
Heavy to get and light to hold,
Hoarded, bartered, bought and sold,
Stolen, borrowed, squandered, doled,
Spurned by young, but hung by old
To the verge of a church yard mold;
Price of many a crime untold.
Gold! Gold! Gold! Gold!
Good or bad a thousand fold!
How widely it agencies vary,
To save - to ruin - to curse - to bless -
As even its minted coins express :
Now stamped with the image of Queen Bess,
And now of a bloody Mary.

I was talking about gold on my previous post and as I was doing some googling, apparently there was a poem regarding gold that I just had to share! This poem by Thomas Hood said it all.

"To save - to ruin - to curse - to bless -" -- So true! So if you do have some gold or gold coins in your safekeeping, invest in it wisely and don't let it ever go to waste! Or head on over to the United States Gold Bureau to assist yourself in safe guarding your treasure!

What's Your Deal?

Once upon a morning last week, while I was walking my son to school, I noticed a running car but didn't see the driver. So I finally realized that the driver was outside the car talking on the phone. Sounded like Spanish. Or Portugese. I'm not sure.

I gave the guy a once over and immediately my mind went into imagination overdrive. Nothing in particular triggered my imagination. Well, except for the pimp-daddy-o getup that he was sporting. Shirt half way unbuttoned with a thick gold chain.

The words "drug lord" popped into my head! gigil I know.. I know.. it's TERRIBLE right? But my mind was already coming up with so many crazy imaginations that were both hilarious and scary. Then I stopped myself and thought.. takbole I'm subjecting this poor guy to a stereotype you'd normally see on TV.

For all you know, he could possibly have a legit business as a coin dealer like those dealers from Monaco Rare Coins. How would you know, right? After all, those guys are earning millions just helping investors in the coin investment market - trading gold, silver and platinum bullions as well as other precious metals.

Oh and did you know that in addition, a rare coin expert like Monaco can help you guard against possible market pitfalls and situations a less-experienced dealer simply may not have experienced or be aware of. Rare coin investments are definit a business that everyone should consider investing in. That would explain that guy's shiny black Mercedes. fikir

Well, whatever he is, coin dealer or not, note to self: bring pepper spray. Just in case. sengihnampakgigi

That Silver Lining..

I never really took much heed into metal investments, however, right now, it seems that a lot of people are gearing towards investing in precious metals. Even the price of gold has almost tripled in the last decade.

Even silver makes for a good investment nowadays. Apparently the world demand for silver has exceeded the annual production. Now, doesn't that sound interesting?

Anyways, if you want to check out precious metal investments, you might want to look out for companies like Monex, one of the leading precious metal dealers specializing with the buying and selling and also storage of your precious metals.

Now, excuse me while I look for that silver lining.. gelakguling Lame. I know. I crack myself up sometimes.
