Little Miss Piggies

It's been so long since I blogged here. I used to blog about every single event that happened to me. Last time when something happened, I'll say "I need to blog about this" then it later turned to "I need to tweet about this" and now, it's turned into "I need to... ahh, who cares?" and don't blog or tweet about it. I think I'm just too tired of social media networks.

I'm very much active on Instagram though. But that's only because I'm addicted to Photo-A-Day challenges though. :) Plus, it helps me learn about photography even more.

ANYWAYS, I was looking at my sister's guinea pigs and thought, these guys would have made it to my blog long time ago if I were still an actively active blogger. But poor things haven't even made it to the front page. So, just for the sake of updating my blog, I decided it's high time I featured our latest additions of our family members. Here are the 5 girlies at home (yes, they're all girls) mostly Americana breed guinea pigs. There's Lucy, Tammy, Mama Tow, Piggy and Kubis. Cute little things.

By the way, if anyone out there knows where to get fleece, please let me know because they are really happy in fleece bedding. :)

Loki the Cat

Remember my newly adopted cat, Loki, that I was talking about? I am so happy that I adopted him because as most of you know, I'm allergic to cats.

However, Loki seems to be like a hypoallergenic cat around me and I barely sneeze when he's around. Even if he comes so close to my face and tries to get me to pet him. That brat. He likes to sleep on my laundry too. But I forgive him anything. :)

So not only can I give up on my allergy medications, I can also forget about the http://www.shoppharmacycounter.com/t-phentermine.aspx site for fat loss diet pills 'coz chasing this fella up and down the house is enough to get me sweating buckets.

My New Addition

Forgive me blog, for I have sinned, it's been 1 month plus since my last post. :P

I have so lost my online mojo. Not just my blogging mojo but I couldn't be bothered with updating my beloved Twitter account, what more to say my Facebook.

Anyways, there's nothing much going on. Everything is still same ol' same ol'. I do have a cat now, though. He takes up most of my time because he follows me everywhere I go and won't leave me alone. He's a mixed breed of persian and domestic. More domestic than persian though. I adopted him when I found him wandering around the neighbourhood and without a collar. So, I gave him some milk and food and he has been with me ever since.

Nobody is looking for a missing cat and my cat doesn't seem to want to go anywhere else unless it's to do his business. He's so smart that he doesn't do his business in my compound.

So here's the new addition to my family. Everyone, meet Loki!

Oh and he's the only cat that doesn't make me sneeze.. so that's a huge plus, considering I'm allergic to cats. Except Loki, that is! :) So now that I've had him for over 2 weeks, I think it's time I get him his own collar and cat stuff, right?

Cute things make me happy.. and this video that my sister passed on to me is pretty darn cute. I don't know if you've guys seen the home video of two cats talking meowing to each other as if in a life conversation before.. if you haven't, check it out here.

This video below was made based on THAT video and translated by some dudes. :) Check it out! :) Makes me wanna grab my camcorder and film something.. LOL!

Project Save Our Koi

I'm sure I've mentioned before how my family and I have rhinitis/sinusitis and whatchamacallits.. so basically we are pretty allergic to things like perfume scents, cat fur, rabbit fur, anything fur and mainly dust. Even though growing up we did have a number of pets (cats mainly), nowadays, we just stick to keeping our koi pond.

They're really pretty and calming though.. how I miss waking up in the morning, head out onto the porch and just throw fish food into the pond. (Yes, sometimes I miss and my mom makes a ruckus about one of us not having great aim! LOL!)

But sadly, I just heard from my mom that she's stressing out about the condition of the pond right now. Due to the unpredictable weather (very hot one day and downpour the next), the pond has been looking like the home of Swamp Thing. So, I told her we should get a new uv pond filter so that our koi can swim happily and breathe in fresh pond water!

Is it time again for me to take a trip back to the hometown??? Hmm.. tempting!!

Here Kitty Kitty.....

Ever since we came home from Raya in Tawau, Buddy has been asking for a pet cat. My aunt has a couple of mixed persian cats over there and he was in love with them. But for me to get him one.. definitely a NO-NO! Not that I don't adore cats.. I DO!

Thing is, every person in our family is allergic of cat fur.. or rabbit fur... or any animal fur for that matter. We'll be sneezing non-stop, and our eyes will be puffy and red... Not something I look forward to having, to be honest.

So until we can find a miracle drug that cures all of us from that, the answer is a NO. [Speaking of miracle drugs, I've heard there's this best diet pill that apparently works wonders!]

But we have other types of cats at home..

Like these...

I know I know.. it's not the same. But what to do??

Anyways, just 'coz I love cats so much and appreciate those who love 'em, I'd like to pass this award to those cat lovers out there.

So this award goes to: Massy, Amie, CharleneDiane, LadyJava, Mariuca and Shana (I know I gave it to you already.. but here it is again!).
